Together with IBM as an integrator, PLANET AI faced the task to help a government agency with handling a rising amount of forms due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This use case proved to be challenging since our team had to provide a functioning solution without seeing authentic data beforehand.

In the end, we delivered three features of our IDA Suite (Textlayer, Classification and Extraction) and achieved an accuracy of 95 % – an outstanding success and a great foundation for a continuing partnership.
